About Us

Real Design LA was founded in 2010 by Jennifer Loren Woodle after a successful career in sales. With an understanding that sales is about people and relationships, Jennifer put together a stellar team to implement her vision and mission to provide buyers, sellers and renters expert representation with integrity, honesty, creativity and excellence. RDLA agents are passionate, smart, perceptive and have a deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects of real estate. We absolutely love what we do, and we are really good at it. We get a lot of joy from helping our clients. We have a home design team, which adds a lot of value to our clients during the home selling and buying process. Our mission is to add value, and provide a holistic, client and solution-centric experience. We are located in the Pacific Design center and have deep relationships in the design community. We can quickly get our clients accurate estimates so they can make informed offers. We have earned the trust of many loyal clients. As our client, Honorable Judith C. Chirlin, put it, “Real Design LA was a Godsend.”

Design makes the difference. When selling a home it is important to remember that a property is an asset, a product, a commodity, and it’s imperative that a home visually tell the right story to position the home in the marketplace. Every story needs a point-of-view to capture the attention and hearts of its buyer. We make that happen. We are visual storytellers. All of our Listings are staged or styled and professionally photographed with a lifestyle photographer and a unique property website. We use proprietary pricing and social media strategy that is exclusive to each respective property. We use these tools to help our clients maximize the exposure and increase their proceeds. We are visual storytellers. For most people, a home is their largest purchase and biggest asset. Walking through an empty house can challenge buyers. Staging brings the insight and imagination they need to see themselves living in a home. Once they make that connection, they tend to
bid fast and high.
